Download Windows 10 Technical Preview
It is a Technical Preview version and this is not a complete installment.I think This Operating system is better then all its previous versions but the problem is that Many softwares will not work on Current version but they will work on its complete version Don't Worry Microsoft Corporation will published its Full version after some time.Its requirements are very high.

Guide!
First You will need to burn in with any burning software like Nero
You can burn it on DVD or USB.
